Michele Luzi has extensive experience in the TMT sector and enjoys broad relationships across PE and large and mid-sized European companies.

Michele has worked in consulting for over 30 years and led major transformations of both large and mid-size corporations. For eight years Michele led the Telecommunications, Media and Technology Practice for Bain and was also a member of Bain’s Global Board of Directors for four years. He continues to advise CEOs and Private owners on business transformations.

Prior to Bain, Michele held various management positions in industry, with Pirelli. More recently he has been a Non-Executive Director of two publicly quoted companies, Midatech, (a Pharma nanotechnology company in which he has been a early stage investor and contributed to the successful IPO), Cello, a pharma services company where he chaired the Remco, and he was one of the founding investors of LEON, the healthy food restaurant chain.

He continues to advise CEOs and Private owners on business transformations and is on the Advisory Board of G3 (a business intelligence firm) and of the Bath University School of Management. Michele is an Italian national and lives in London. He has a University degree in Economics and an MBA from INSEAD.
