Jorma Ollila is a highly experienced CEO and Chair with over 35 years of international senior leadership experience accrued from working at AEX, EURO STOXX 50, EURONEXT 100, FTSE 100, OMX HELSINKI 25 and STOXX EUROPE 50 companies.
Jorma previously served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chair of Nokia, as Chair of Royal Dutch Shell plc and Chair of Outokumpu Oyj, the global leader in stainless steel.
Jorma is currently a Board Member of TBG AG and Member of the Board of Directors of Perella Weinberg Partners LP and Board Member of Otava Oy. He is also a Board Member of The Finnish Innovation Fund Sitra and Chair of the Board of Directors of Miltton Oy and Chair of Agorithmiq Inc. and also Member of the Board of Directors of Woodly Oy.
Jorma served as the Chief Executive Officer of Nokia for 14 years and as the Chair of Nokia for 13 years, where he led the strategy that restructured the company into one of the major players in the mobile-phone and telecommunications infrastructure markets. He also served as Chair of Royal Dutch Shell plc and Chair of Outokumpu Oyj, the global leader in stainless steel and Chair of Alma Media Corporation.
Jorma was Chair of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board of The Research Institute of both the Finnish Economy ETLA and Finnish Business and Policy Forum. In addition, Jorma was Chair of the European Round Table of Industrialists from 2005 to 2009.
He has previously been a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Ford Motor Company (2000–2008) and Vice Chair at UPM-Kymmene Corp.
