Dominique Reiniche is Chair of Chr. Hansen Holding A/S, a global bioscience company that develops natural solutions for the food, nutritional, animal farming and agricultural industries, where she serves as Chair of the Nomination, Remuneration, and member of the Audit Committees.
Previously, she was Chair of the Board of Eurostar EIL and a member of the Nomination, the Remuneration, and the Audit Committees. In her executive career, she held CEO positions within Coca-Cola Enterprises and The Coca-Cola Company.
Professional experience from positions in the food, beverage and hygiene/beauty care industries at, among others, Procter & Gamble and Jacobs-Suchard (now Mondelez International). Dominique has 22 years of senior-leadership experience at French and European levels, including CEO positions within Coca-Cola Enterprises and The Coca-Cola Company.
In addition to her Chair roles she is a member of the Board of PayPal Luxembourg where she is Chair of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee, Mondi plc where she is Chair of the Sustainability Committee and member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees, and Deliveroo plc where she is a member of the Nomination, the Remuneration and the Audit Committees. Dominique Reiniche is also experienced in chairing major industry associations European Union level (UNESDA, Food & Drink Europe) and she has been and continues to be a respected advocate of diversity, especially gender, coaching and advising female talents as part of her passion for ESG matters.
