Sir Roger has extensive boardroom experience in industry, banking and the arts and is one of the most sought-after non-executive directors and chairs in the City. His boardroom experience from the 1990s onwards has included sectors as diverse as defence, utilities, hospitality, consumer goods and security.
Sir Roger is Chair of BAE Systems plc, a Senior Advisor to Kohlberg Kravis and Roberts & Co. LP., Chair of the English National Ballet, Vice President of the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity and a Visiting Fellow of Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
