Sanna Suvanto Harsaae has over 20 years of senior leadership experience from Chair positions held for companies listed on the NASDAQ HELSINKI, NASDAQ COPENHAGEN, NASDAQ STOCKHOLM and OSLO BØRS. Sanna also has Chair positions on family owned businesses and the private sector. All this experience brings a multi-industry knowledge, especially on consumer and B2B2C industries from fast moving, food, consumer durables, airlines, logistics, e-commerce, private equity, and service industries.
Sanna Suvanto-Harsaae is Chair of BoConcept A/S, TCM Group A/S, Posti Group OYJ and Orthex OYJ. She is Board Member at Elopak ASA and Broman Group.
Sanna also serves on the board of non-profit CEPOS, a Danish CE independent, liberal, free-market think tank and was previously of Scandinavian Airline Systems.
Sanna is a Finnish businessperson who has been at the helm of 22 different companies. As Chair in sectors such as airlines, household products, pharmaceuticals, private equity, and beverages, Sanna has been leading strategy in established companies.
Sanna started her first major board position at the age of 38, following professional experience from positions at Procter & Gamble, Synoptik A/S and Reckitt Benckiser (Scandinavia) A/S. Sanna is former Chair at Anora Group OYJ, (formerly Altia OYJ), which she chaired through its turnaround, IPO and then merger with another listed company.
Previously Sanna served on the Boards of Symrise AG, Scandinavian Airlines SAS, Paulig Oy, Clas Ohlson AB, Footway Group AB, and Babysam AS.
She is also part of Copenhagen Business School’s Corporate Governance Faculty, serves at advisory board at Aalto University Helsinki Business school and has been chosen as the most influential Finnish businesswoman five years a row.
