Paul Bulcke is an experienced Chair and CEO for companies listed in the SMI and Stoxx Europe 50 and private sector companies. Paul has over 20 years of international senior leadership across multiple industries including consumer goods, food, beverages, and hygiene/beauty care.

Paul Bulcke is Chair of Nestlé S.A. He is Vice Chair of L’Oréal (FR), Chair of the World Economic Forum’s Community of Chairpersons (WEF), a member of the European Roundtable for Industry (ERT), the Board of Trustees of Avenir Suisse and J.P. Morgan International Council as well as Co-Chair of the 2030 Water Resources Group. He was previously a Board Member of Roche Holding Ltd. (CH).

Professional experience from positions in the food, beverage and hygiene/beauty care industries at Nestlé. Paul has years of senior leadership experience including responsibility for Zone Americas (US, Canada, Latin America and Caribbean), where he played a decisive role in transforming this region into the Group’s largest and most profitable territory. In 2008 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Nestlé S.A. At the beginning of 2017 he handed over the office of CEO and was elected Chair of the Board of Nestlé SA in April 2017.
