Nick Anderson has a wealth of international professional experience as a senior leader across the engineering and machinery, industrials, aerospace and security, and metals sectors, and 40 years of experience in general management, sales, marketing and logistics positions.

Nick is Independent Non-Executive Director at BAE Systems plc and was previously Group CEO of Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc for a period of 10 years.

Prior to becoming the CEO, Nick joined Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc in 2011 as Director EMEA. Before this he was Vice President of John Crane Asia Pacific (part of Smiths Group plc), based in Singapore, and President of John Crane Latin America, based in the US. Previously, he held senior positions with Alcoa Aluminio in Argentina and Brazil, starting his career with the Foseco Minsep Group plc in Brazil.

Nick is a Civil Engineer with an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School and an MBA from the CEAG-FGV (Brazil).
