Sanna is Chair of BoConcept AS, Posti Group Oyj and Orthex Oyj. She is a Board member at the Broman Group and Finnair Oyj. She is a Board member at the Broman Group and Finnair Oyj, and was previously a Board member at Elopak ASA.

Sanna also serves on the Board of non-profit CEPOS, a Danish CE independent, liberal, free-market think tank, and was previously of an Independent Director at Scandinavian Airline Systems.

She is a Finnish businessperson who has been at the helm of 22 different companies. As Chair in sectors such as airlines, household products, pharmaceuticals, private equity and beverages, she has been leading strategy in established companies.

Sanna had her first major Board position at the age of 38, following professional experience from positions at Procter & Gamble, Synoptik AS and Reckitt Benckiser (Scandinavia) AS. Sanna is former Chair at Anora Group Oyj (formerly Altia Oyj), which she chaired through its turnaround, IPO and then merger with another listed company.

Previously Sanna was Chair of TCM Group AS and served on the Boards at Symrise AG, Scandinavian Airlines SAS, Paulig Oy, Clas Ohlson AB, Footway Group AB and Babysam AS.

She is also part of Copenhagen Business School’s Corporate Governance Faculty, serves on the Advisory Board at Aalto University School of Business, and has been chosen as the most influential Finnish businesswoman 5 years in a row
