Paul is Chair of Nestlé SA. He is Vice Chair of L’Oréal (FR), Chair of the World Economic Forum’s Community of Chairpersons (WEF), a member of the European Round Table for Industry (ERT), on the Board of Trustees of Avenir Suisse and JP Morgan International Council, as well as Co-Chair of the 2030 Water Resources Group. He was previously a Board member of Roche Holding AG.

Professional experience includes positions in the food, beverage and hygiene/beauty care industries at Nestlé. Paul has years of senior-leadership experience, including responsibility for Zone Americas (US, Canada, Latin America and Caribbean), where he played a decisive role in transforming this region into the group’s largest and most profitable territory. In 2008 he was appointed CEO of Nestlé SA, and in 2017 he handed over the office of CEO and was elected Chair of the Board of Nestlé SA.
