Will is a Client Relationship Manager at CMi, supporting Sara Parker and Emily O’Shea. He began his career in Parliament, serving as a Senior Parliamentary Assistant to two MPs and a Peer, before moving into executive search. At two global firms, he specialised in non-executive board appointments across FTSE-listed, private and PE-backed companies, as well as leading not-for-profits – particularly in the arts and cultural sectors. Earlier in his career, Will worked as an Actor’s Agent, representing talent across television, film and theatre. He is also an Ambassador for the prison rehabilitation charity, Tempus Novo.
