He served as Chief Financial Officer of ARM Holdings plc from 2002 to 2015, playing a pivotal role in transforming the UK-based semiconductor designer into a global technology powerhouse. Under his financial leadership, ARM experienced rapid commercial expansion, significant international scale-up, and a surge in investor confidence that elevated its valuation to multibillion-pound levels.

Tim’s earlier career included senior finance leadership at Rebus Group, William Baird plc, LucasVarity, BTR, and Arthur Andersen.
