From 2021 to 2024, he was Group CFO and Executive Board Member of Haleon plc, the standalone consumer healthcare company spun out of GSK and Pfizer. In that role, he spearheaded portfolio transformation—including divesting over 50 brands—and led Haleon’s highly successful IPO and listing in London.

Previously, Tobias served as CFO of GSK Consumer Healthcare, a joint venture with Novartis, and Global CFO of Sandoz, Novartis’ generics division. His leadership extended across finance functions in generics, OTC pharmaceuticals, and animal health at Novartis and Hexal.

His transition into non-executive and philanthropic roles builds on strong board preparation. He champions LGBTQ+ diversity—using his own experience to mentor others—and contributes to programmes at Deloitte Next Gen CFO and London Business School Future Supply Chain Leaders.

He brings deep cross-sector expertise in:

Tobias earned an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of St. Gallen. He is known for his pragmatic financial stewardship, transparent boardroom approach, and ability to align commercial performance with social purpose.
