Katie supports the COO and Operations Manager across all areas of the business, helping to ensure the smooth running of the business and its processes. Prior to joining CMi, Katie spent four years working for an international publishing house where she managed all aspects of subscriptions and office administration, in addition to gaining experience in digital and social media management. She has a degree in Art History from the University of St Andrews, Scotland.
